V8 Juice  
Ingredients:  
  15 lbs ripe tomato, chopped (8 quarts chopped)   1 large bell pepper, chopped fine
  2 large onions, chopped fine   1 1/2 cups celery, diced
  2 bay leaves   12 fresh basil leaves or 2 tsp. dried basil
  2 tsp. prepared horseradish   1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  3 tsp. sugar   2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  1/2 c. lemon juice  
   
Preparation:  
Place all ingredients, except lemon juice, in a large stainless pot. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 30 minutes - all vegetables should be soft.

Press vegetables through a fine sieve or food mill.

Return juice to pot, stir in lemon juice and bring to a boil.

Pour into hot jars, leaving 1/2 inch head space. Process 30 min (pints) or 35 min (quarts) at 10 lb pressure.
