| Ingredients: |

1/2 c. rice, uncooked |
|
1/8 tsp. sage |
| |
2 Tbl. butter or margarine |
|
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken broth |
| |
1 c. frozen peas
|
|
2 Tbl. diced pimiento
|
|
| |
|
| Preparation: |
|
In saucepan, melt butter; add rice and sage. Add broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
|
Simmer 15 mintues; add peas. Simmer 10 minutes more or until rice and peas are tender.
|
Stir in pimiento.
|
Yield: 6 servings (about 3 cups total)
