Confetti Rice  
Ingredients:  
  1/2 c. rice, uncooked   1/8 tsp. sage
  2 Tbl. butter or margarine   1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken broth
  1 c. frozen peas   2 Tbl. diced pimiento
   
Preparation:  
In saucepan, melt butter; add rice and sage. Add broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

Simmer 15 mintues; add peas. Simmer 10 minutes more or until rice and peas are tender.

Stir in pimiento.

Yield: 6 servings (about 3 cups total)
